Refund policy

        We want you to love your purchase from ELIX ELMAN. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with this policy.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 100 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition and packaging
  • With all tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Damaged or soiled items due to misuse or wear

Return Process

Email us at support@elixelman.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions, including a return address.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Flag repeated return abuse or fraudulent claims
  • Suspend accounts abusing return privileges
