At ELIX ELMAN, we aim to deliver your menswear orders quickly and securely across the United Kingdom. Please read our full shipping terms before placing your order.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Delivery Time Estimates
- Standard UK Delivery: 2-5 working days
- Express Delivery (if offered): 1-2 working days
Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method selected.
Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address, it will be returned to us. Additional delivery fees may apply to resend the package.
Proof of Delivery
We use tracked services and may require a signature on delivery. Tracking details will be provided by email.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photo evidence (if damaged)
We will assist with a replacement or refund, subject to investigation and courier confirmation.
